Several weeks ago, after e-mails from several subscribers and countless questions being answered via e-mail I held a small conference call
with about a dozen subscribers. I was asked all types of questions -- from what I ate to lose weight, to the types of exercises I did, how I
dealt with stress, and even if I weighed myself regularly. At the end of it all, it came down to ONE STATEMENT...
Weight Loss is by Choice Not by Chance
So what exactly does this mean? Just what it says -- you don't lose weight by "chance" -- this means doing things that are contradictory.
For example, one caller asked "is it OK if I have some high-fat foods, if I'm going to burn it off". OK, this person obviously missed the
point of the call AND what we are trying to accomplish.
When you DECIDE you want to lose weight and you are DETERMINED to lose the weight, that is when and ONLY when you will lose the weight. You can
not lose weight by chance. You can't try some of this, and a little of that and expect to lose weight. It just doesn't work that way.
You need to create a plan to lose weight. You need to plan your day - what will you have for breakfast? How about a mid-morning snack so you don't
overdo it at lunch? What's for lunch? Are you eating out, or did you prepare something from home that isn't processed. Did you think about
a mid-day snack? What's for dinner? What have you decided to do for exercise? Daily walk? Alternate between walks and cycling or some other
sport or activity?
You see, there is no quick fix. Unless you have A LOT of money and are willing to risk surgery to lose weight, you need to tackle the problem
head-on and decide that you are making the choice to lose weight and that you will not leave it to chance any longer.
You may be thinking that this is a lot of work. Well, yes - it is a lot of work. Comeo on, how long did it take you to gain the weight? Did
you expect that you will change your habits in one day? Sorry, doesn't work that way. I can already tell that many of you will immediately
leave this site because this ISN'T what you wanted to here. You were looking for a quick fix, a solution to your problems. Well I can not give you
something that doesn't exist.
Think about this - the weight loss industry is HUGE. We're talking billions of dollars per year spent on virtually everything you can think of.
If weight loss were so easy, there would be NO industry. While there are some good products out there (notably exercise equipment) there are alot
of gimmics (lose wight while sleeping..).
The SOONER you take my advice (which, if you have noticed is FREE) the sooner you WILL LOSE WEIGHT.
I am planning other conference calls in the future, and hopefully will be able to bring in some professionals like dieticians and fitness
instructors to answer your questions and hopefully give you the kick-start you may be looking for. If you're interested, simply subscribe to
the newsletter and I'll tell you a few days in advance of a call. The calls are typicall low-cost or free (enough to cover the cost of the bridge
that is used -- the last call only cost participants $10.00 which was used towards the cost of the bridge and to have transcripts made up).
Enjoy my friends and take care!
I hope you visit often, I will update my personal message to you on a regular basis and will also tell you about what I did to enhance my
weight loss and provide some thought provoking information and news from the world and weight loss industry.
Take care!
Regards,
Mohammed Bhimji
